BuzzMelt is a platform for discovering, discussing, rating, and reviewing movies, TV series, documentaries, people, and related entertainment content. These Community Guidelines are intended to help keep BuzzMelt respectful, safe, and useful for everyone.

By using BuzzMelt and posting any content, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines, along with our Terms of Use and other applicable policies.

1. Be Respectful

We encourage open discussion and honest opinions, but users must engage respectfully.

Debate is allowed. Abuse is not.

  • impersonates any person, company, or public figure
  • misuses another person’s identity, image, or personal information

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content is lawful and that they have the right to post it.

3. No Spam or Manipulation

Do not use BuzzMelt to:

  • post spam or repetitive content
  • promote unrelated products, services, or websites
  • manipulate ratings or reviews
  • create fake engagement
  • use multiple accounts for misleading activity
  • post misleading links or deceptive content

Reviews, ratings, and comments should reflect genuine opinions and experiences.

4. Reviews and Ratings Must Be Honest

BuzzMelt may allow users to rate and review content. When posting reviews or ratings:

  • be honest
  • stay relevant to the title or subject
  • avoid fake or misleading statements
  • do not post promotional reviews pretending to be independent opinions
  • do not artificially inflate or damage ratings

We may remove suspicious, abusive, misleading, or manipulated reviews and ratings.

5. Comments Should Stay Relevant

When commenting:

  • stay on topic
  • avoid derailing discussions
  • avoid posting repetitive or meaningless comments
  • do not use comments only for self-promotion
  • do not post spoilers in a misleading or intentionally disruptive way without clear context

BuzzMelt may remove comments that reduce the quality of discussion or harm the user experience.

6. No Harmful or Offensive Content

You may not post content that includes:

  • hate speech
  • violent threats
  • graphic violence without proper context
  • sexual exploitation content
  • child sexual abuse material
  • obscene or unlawful adult content
  • content encouraging self-harm or dangerous acts
  • content that glorifies terrorism, extremist groups, or criminal violence

Such content may be removed immediately, and related accounts may be suspended or reported where required.

7. Protect Privacy

Do not post personal, confidential, or sensitive information about yourself or others, including:

  • phone numbers
  • email addresses
  • home addresses
  • financial information
  • government ID details
  • private conversations
  • private images or recordings without permission

Doxxing, stalking, or sharing another person’s private information is strictly prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property Matters

Only post content that you own or have the legal right to share.

Do not post:

  • copyrighted images, posters, or artwork without permission where required
  • copied articles or reviews from other websites
  • pirated content
  • unauthorized downloads or streaming links
  • content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights

9. No Malicious or Harmful Technical Activity

You must not:

  • upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt BuzzMelt systems
  • scrape or extract site data without authorization
  • bypass security measures
  • interfere with the availability or performance of the website
  • use automated means in a way that harms the platform

10. Multiple Accounts and Misuse

Users must not create or use accounts to:

  • evade suspensions or bans
  • manipulate ratings, reviews, or discussions
  • impersonate others
  • mislead users or moderators
  • carry out coordinated abuse or spam

BuzzMelt may suspend or remove accounts involved in such behavior.

If you see content or behavior that appears to violate these Guidelines, you may report it by contacting:

12. Moderation and Enforcement

BuzzMelt reserves the right to review and take action against content or accounts that violate these Guidelines.

  • suspending or terminating accounts
  • restricting future posting
  • reporting unlawful content or conduct where required

BuzzMelt may act with or without prior notice.

13. Repeat Violations

Users who repeatedly violate these Guidelines may have their content privileges restricted or their accounts permanently suspended.

14. Public Nature of Contributions

Ratings, reviews, comments, and other content submitted to BuzzMelt may be public. Do not post anything you do not want others to see, share, or reference.

15. Updates to These Guidelines

BuzzMelt may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
