Andrew Form

Producer

Andrew Form (born February 3, 1969) is an American film producer known for producing the films Friday the 13th, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and The Purge. He co-founded the company Platinum Dunes along with Michael Bay and Brad Fuller.
